Agreed. It's all about packaging and money these days, the movie star system is dead and that spreads to the weakening DTV market. It's good for us as fans though as we get to see two or three guys who could headline their own flick share the screen, if only for a few minutes. I like seeing Dolph as the lead or the anchor with two or three other familiar faces. Means he's considered more mainstream.

Sad though, Hollywood is basically stuck making movies for $80 or $8 million and not much in between. Recently heard Michael Biehn lament that he's working three times as hard for roles but making half the money he did ten years ago. Just the breaks.

Sorry but is it clear whether Dolph is the lead or MJW is the lead? I'm assuming Dolph is the good guy? I can't keep up anymore, Dolph literally seems to be running around all the action sets in the continent of America at the moment.

Michael Jai White is the lead. But I don't think it's a straight up good guy versus bad guy action flick. Given the previous films of the director and the synopsis, this seems to be more of a dark character / ensemble action drama like TRAFFIC (on a smaller scale of course) or this kind of drug cartel related films... Hopefully this is gonna be way better than the title might suggest.

Ahhh I see, thanks Jox. You know it's nice to come on to a forum and see updates clearly, you know when something new has been posted about a movie and there aren't 1001 topics on the same thing. There are other forums I just don't take the time to look at now because of that. Looking forward to some of these 300 movies Dolph has been making actually being released!

Sorry false alert! Filming was supposed to start yesterday but it has been delayed so not yet...

i hope it's a buddy, buddy flick with MJW knowing the dolph will be a bad guy in quite a few upcoming movies is more than enough for a fan who rather see Dolph kick some ass.

Dolphs Assistant told me today,actually Repeater is a no-go for now,or ever,not sure.But Dolph is preparing for the Film in China.
She is also not sure,what of pick ups they are doing in Bulgaria for Exp.2.This is the first she has heard of it
