Oh... I remember this game. I think it was kinda horrible. It still looked like a DOS game in which they tried to make a 3D game... well it had terrible grafix style...
but the first stage was very similar to "Contra 3-The Alien Wars"... the buildings and the place around...

It was a FULL 3D game, apart from the Characters that were 2D. It was a very good and enjoyable game. Yes it was DOS.

It was not like Contra at all as it was a 3D game, and Contra's 1st Stage was 2D.

Yeah, right, it was in 2D, but the way the background and the buildings looked like was very similar...

I loved the Duke games! I play Duke Nukem: Manhttan project all the time! Dolph would make a killer Duke! But hard too say if it will ever get made. But who knows, seems Doom is a project that wont die. But the perfect time too make the film would of been back when it game out for N64, it was so popular around that time.

At the E3 2000 in L.A. I saw a middle aged guy with a very cool Duke Nukem Tee-Shirt. I pointed my finger at it in excitement and shouted "WHERE did you get THAT Tee-Shirt??" and he grinned and said "Well, you gotta be president of the company!" Yes, it was George Broussard, president of Action Entertainment Software! He handed me a business card and told me to contact him and he'd send some shirts for me and my friends. And guess what... I'm such an idiot! I never did it! I forgot about it, then time passed, and then I thought it was just too late and they'd run out of those shirts a long time ago. I could still hit myself for missing that opportunity!

But they also had a Duke impersonator with 2 chicks and I got a very nice photo. I hereby present: "The Duke And I And Two Chicks In L.A." 8)

PS: That guy had a nice butt! ;-)

As stated on the projects section of the site it seems that Dolph actually never got involved to star in "Duke Nukem-the movie".

But for you all who dreamed about it, here is a mock up poster designed by dolph_fan:

Yo!!!!! This hits the spark!!!! LOL
I think he's more the Duke Nukem (who's name isn't pronounced "Nuke 'em"...)- like guy and not that fat American Burger Boy... LOL
But for the Terminator the Burger Boy'd be better choice.

This movie would be the best. What are the chances of this been made. I think Dolph is the only person that could play Duke Nukem. Cool 1 liners and aliens, this would have been bad ass.

I really like duke nukem and with the 3d version coming out it really gives me more thrills. It is for me the most legendary shooter featuring one of the most iconic characters of all time. There are a ton of memorable, cheesy and just plain awesome one liners. For those who do not know, Duke Nukem is as how they would describe him, a politically incorrect celebrity who protects the earth from aliens.
