Ultimate Dolph

I read that in September of 2011, Dolph was scheduled to star in some film titled AS WONDERLAND GOES BY alongside adult film star Kayden Kross in the lead role... A couple of years have passed since this announcement, but is this true? How did this project fall through, and what role would D have played?

It was to be cinematographer Marc Windon's (CP, ICARUS) directorial debut and started shooting in Bulgaria around the time of THE EXPENDABLES 2 (some of the cast and crew worked on both). Basically the production encountered issues preventing it to go on and complete. I don't think Dolph ever shot anything ; he would have played some kind of gangster if I remember. The project was an ambitious indie film with many influences and inspirations that would been run around 160-180 mins.
