Take this with a huge grain of salt, Van Damme has a habit of announcing projects that never happen. But according to a user on the JCVD fanboard Van Damme was interviewed on a Ukrainian radio, and he mentions a war movie with him, Dolph and Scott Adkins.

It's a fake post thread.

It suddenly changes from a "war movie with Lundgren and Adkins" to "Street Fighter 3 with Lundgren and Adkins".
JCVD has never said those things, there is no radio/online interview.
