Some of you may recall the Dolph userbars I made for this forum some time ago. Although it was decided not to implement them due to bandwidth restrictions, it was suggested that perhaps avatars would be considered somewhere down the line.
Since I regularly create pixel art (it's a pastime of mine), I've drawn 3 different sprites of Dolph from Rocky IV, in his white training outfit and both his fighting outfits. Each one measures 39 x 61 pixels and is less than a kilobyte in size. Is this something that you might like to consider allowing on the forum? They're an ideal size for using as avatars, and because of their tiny filesize, I imagine bandwidth shouldn't really be an issue. If they can go ahead, I may add more versions of Dolph as well. I'm thinking a couple of Universal Soldier ones would be great, and maybe a Red Scorpion one.
Would you like to see one before making a decision?

Personally I'm not too worried about bandwidth, I just like the forum to be free from graphics that would take much space (some message boards can be unbearable between people's avatars, giant signatures, animated GIFs and quotes).
But I'm the only one I can change my mind.

Ok, I'm working on some new Dolph pics for you guys. I've just done 2 for Showdown In Little Tokyo, and will make ones for MOTU, Missionary Man, Unisol, Punisher, and various other films. Rocky IV is likely to have the most pics, with a possible 6 different sprites!

The Missionary Man sprite is now done as well. I'll do a He-Man one and a Punisher one next, then a couple of Unisol ones. Later on, maybe a couple of Red Scorpion sprites, followed up by various other films - The Joshua Tree, The Mechanik, maybe Diamond Dogs...
