I like this tidbit from your review:
"The woman who plays Holloways wife is badly miscast (and has found it difficult to get work since admitting her fondness of anal sex on the Howard Stern show)"

What is this I don't even...

Really bad movie.

Bad doesn't even begin to cover it.
Is it just me or is the plot's main idea ripped off the far better Broken Arrow?

Actually both go all the way back to Eastwood's FIREFOX (1982)...

FIREFOX... HAHAHAHAHA! Clint reminding himself he has to 'think in Russian' in order to control the Firefox with his mind; because, of course, our minds talk conversationally

Wow, I didn't know that. So Storm Catcher is the rip-off of a rip-off? Now that's an epic fail in my book...
Someone should make a rip-off of SC 'n' give a certain very talented Kristen Stewart the leading role. Such a flick'd be a success, no doubt.

Well it's more that's the obvious reference for both. But you know how it's like in Hollywood, very few films are not "in the vein of"... The producers had acquired some stock footage of stealth fighters (there might be some left from FIREFOX in the movie), came up with a title and hired a couple writers to get a script done ASAP! If you don't like STORM CATCHER stay away from AGENT RED, SC is masterpiece next to it (produced by the same company who was specialized movies set in military planes, submarines and the likes using stock footage ) no need to say they didn't give a damn about quality)!

I know, I know. Agent Red's probably the worst flick in history 'n' I hope that I'll never have to watch it again. But I've to admit that I laughed my ass off.

Even the trivia section on the IMDb is full of spelling errors.

But I don't see numerous spelling errors either... But English is my second language and I'm easily distracted...

Last movies I watched;

Scream 4
Seven shades of lazy.

Super 8
I actually loves this... wery much vintage Spielberg in style.

Rush Hour (blu ray)
It's aged better than I thought it would...

Punisher '89
In preperation for the forthcoming Blu Ray...

Already forgot about this one, yet I had a lot of fun with too, now that's a real retro 80s film indeed. The last 15 minutes felt rushed though, too bad coz it could have improved the film even more.

I have to agree... I noticed it kind of bolted for the finish line too. It's definitely feelgood nostalgia... :D
