Shotokan Karate

well after 4 months of hard prep, 3.5 hrs exam (inc Kihon, 15 combinations, 4 kata's, Balance kicks, 5 fights and 9 questions ranging from how to explain an Oi-Zuki to Kyu grade to how the new juding rules will change competition) i finally passed my Sandan (3rd Dan) black belt yesterday.

My "Keep Training" autograph from Dolph def helped!
