By claiming that Dolph is his "life partner" (and therefor deserves thanks). He further emphasises his love for the Dolphin by exclaiming that Dolph is his "rock", and that he likes to "rock" Dolph´s "cock".
That would be the gist of it.
P.S. I suspect that he is making a joke and that he isn´t really "life partners" with Dolph Lundgren at all (ask Jox for further information on the concept of "joking")
