Hey all, long time no type.

K, did a download of a DVD rip, so I figured I'd give you guys a quick review:

Not only is Command Performance everything Dolph fans have expected it to be, it is more. This is not only Dolph's best DTV movie, it may very will be among his ABSOLUTE best films.

The pace is tight, the action is incredible, the characters are all well rounded, the cinematography is A-list movie quality, its just an all around well done film.

Dolph's on his A-game here, folks, showing both his strength in dramatic acting, comedic timing, and all around ass kicking. In fact, with the exception of a few bit players, the entire cast does a fantastic job.

And whereas Direct Contact was an unpolished montage of action set pieces (and a moderately entertaining one at that), Command Performance actually gives a damn about things like characters, plot, suspense, and just good filmmaking. If only this had been made after the Expendables, Dolph may very well have made a full swing back into theatres.

In conclusion:
BUY IT! BUY IT! BUY IT NOW!!! DAMMIT MAN, HURRY!

that is all.

Back cover is much better, and that review is more worthy than some of the others I've seen.

I'll just have to accept no one loves Britain. No DL action for Christmas :(

Since it has already been rated I assume DIRECT CONTACT will come out first. But yeah Britain always had a grudge against Dolph for some reason, his movies always had the worst distribution over there whereas the UK shelters one of the biggest nests of Dolphans!

Didn't he even live here at one point? I think he could have taken the opportunity to pay a visit to his distributors with a baseball bat ;)

Any Spanish fans out there?
The title in Spain will be ATAQUE TERRORISTA, the dubbing seems to have been done so expect a release within a few months.

Jeeez, there are tonnes of give-aways. I wouldn't be surprised if the movie flops, everybody will have won their copy already...

Hahaha, I'm only joking Jox, at least they are doing something to promote it, however I hope the terrible cover won't marr it's success. Do you know Jox if First Look are doing any TV spots? Missionary Man had TV spots here in the UK the weekend before it came out, and kick ass ones at that...

French Blu-ray + DVD on pre-order on Amazon :-D

I'm proud to say that the French edition special features will include not only the promo making of and trailers (not yet sure about the teaser) but a 20 minutes exclusive interview / featurette with "yours truly", illustrated with unseen behind the scenes footage! 8) I saw the cut yesterday and it looks good, not promotional but an honest documentary...

The main reason why that cover is horrible... is the fact that Dolph never even wears that shirt in the movie whatsoever.

im going to buy Command Performance, of course, on the date of release... but i did download it... and yeah, its one of the best Dolph Lundgren films in a LONG TIME. It's definitely better than Missionary Man... and yeah, he never wears that shirt.
