Ok, I've watched it yesterday and here's my review:
No, wait. I'm too lazy for a complete review and I am totally impressed by Tom's reviews, so I won't even try. Let's call this my impressions and remarks:
1. This movie rocks! I mean, I'm often very enthusiastic after first viewing but cool off later. But I doubt this will happen with Command Performans, because
it really rocks!2. All the actors are very good and convincing. In the other movies, there are often mediocre or bad actors here and there, but this time I couldn't name a single one that didn't deliver. Dolph had an excellent supporting cast, from the big to the tiny roles. Dave Legeno (main bad guy) was awesome, Hristo Shopov as well, Zahary Baharov, Clement von Franckenstein, even Melissa Smith (she's 27? Gosh, she looks like 17!). I can't tell how happy I am to finally see a Dolph movie again with such an excellent cast from the biggest to the smallest part.
3. The story: Absolutely believable, consistent, very nice. Nothing to complain here!
4. The fights: Fantastic! Did I mention before that I prefer Dolph without weapons? I mean, it's impossible, because he
is a weapon. But I'm talking distance weapons. Well, we got plenty of hand to hand combat and dirty fighting. And he definitely put into practice what he's been talking about: the consequences aren't clean. I can't go into detail without spoilers but well, if you stick something into a person it won't come out clean, and you can see that in this movie. During the final fight I even had to laugh one time because after one fist blow there splashed what seemed like 250ml of fake blood or something. Oh yes, and for the gun enthusiast there's also
a lot of shooting. Even some explosions. I guess only flood and earthquake are missing from the full repertoire. And volcano outburst.

5. The oneliners: Yes, brilliant. And he knows how to deliver them. Could have been more though!
6. The man himself: An absolute surprise! To be honest, I was sceptical about how he would deliver a pot smoking rocker, but he was absolutely convincing. Don't know how he did it, because in the past when he played a drunk or a broken person like in Jill Rips or the beginning of MoW, he always looked too healthy and kinda awkward when he was drinking alcohol. Now he was absolutely convincingly wasted and managed to shuffle across the scenes like he would never do it differently. Loved the scene when the reporter interviewed him but he didn't really have the chance to give an answer. Hilarious! And when it came to the action, he was excellent as always. The shuffling stopped and the quick moves and hard blows came. Forget his last 10 or so movies, this is Dolph on a different acting level!
7. The filming: Nice pictures, this time it didn't look cheap at all. Remember recently when I asked what it was that always shows that a movie is cheap? It it was the lighting, the material or what? This time you didn't see it. Looked like an expensive movie to me, even if it wasn't. Great work! My only - but big - complaint:
FRAG THAT FRIGGIN SHAKY CAM! During half of the movie I desperately wanted to hand a tripod to the camera guy. And get those scissors from the cutter so he could only do half as many cuts per second. Could you please, please release a "special edition for the elderly" with a steady picture and not more than one cut per second? Puleeeeaaaze?
Well, I have to say: Fantastic work, Dolph and everyone involved in this excellent movie!
PS: OK, got carried away. Hope you had the patience to read that stuff.
