Dolph is shooting a video skit for Will Ferrell's website "FunnyorDie.com", should be cool if you saw Ralph Macchio's "Wax on, wax off" or Natalie Portman's interview by Zach Galifianakis.
Honestly, I didn't think it was that funny and it should of had Dolph in it more. I do think it is great that he is branching out and trying stuff like this though. Good for him!
I didn't think it was that funny either, but as you say it's good to see him branching out and getting exposure with things like that. I think he's also doing these things to flex more of his comedy muscles. As he mentioned several times since he shot THE EXPENDABLES he wants to work on his acting a little bit and have fun with it.
Well I thought it was (a bit) funny but as you said, not enough Dolph. And the conclusion wasn't funny. But I loved how he picked up that deco stuff, the wife was shocked and the guy was terrified about his wife's reaction.

The thing I learned that native English speakers probably picked up is that "shark week" is also a slang expression used to refer to a woman's "time of the month"...
