Ralf Moeller was in the original Universal Soldiers with Dolph as one of the Unisols-He was the one driving the Lab truck while Dolph was throwing the grenades at JCVD and Ally Walker in the Sheriff's prison bus(one of the best chase scenes ever in my book).

He looks kind of swollen, which can likely be attributed to excissive bodybuilding and steroids (which he took after ROCKY IV for 2 years)
