I've never done it myself but with a LaserDisc player and a DVD recorder or the like it's probably quite easy.

I couldn't afford LDs when they were released back then (they were like close to 50€ here), but seeing them in import stores always made me giddy whenever I'd go to Paris and see an unreleased DL in the shop window... Now I've acquired most of DL LDs US and Japanese editions, some French, German and Dutch ones too just for the collection and the pleasure of 33 RPM LP-size covers.

Here is BJ JP... ;)

Wow, it's amazing how many actually made it to LD... I reckon Silent Trigger must be one of the last ones before DVD came out around '96.

Yes SILENT TRIGGER and BLACKJACK were the last two titles to make it to LD, (THE PEACEKEEPER, THE MINION and SWEEPERS didn't make the cut although they were shot before BJ - but they were largely released on VCD in Asia). Editions would become fewer and fewer, PENTAHLON, MEN OF WAR, THE SHOOTER/HIDDEN ASSASSIN had like a couple major editions only.

I'll take this opportunity to say it to everyone:

PLEASE DON'T EMBED LARGE IMAGES: INSERT A SMALLER SIZE IMAGE WITH A LINK OR A LINK ALONE. It will save me some time re-editing your posts and moreover it will make the pages lighter, easier to read and quicker to load.

Also when your answer to the last post of topic, please DON'T QUOTE IT AGAIN, just hit "REPLY" (we'll know you' answering the previous post).

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
:D
