Dolph Lundgren was at the wrap party Sunday night @ The Belmont on Lacienega. Most stars dont come to their wrap parties, it's usually just production who turns out; and thats why I thought it was so cool that he and his Girlfriend showed up. His GF is really nice and a skilled martial artist, as I saw at fight rehearsal. This is the second film ive worked on with Dolph on and I just wanted to say that he is always a really nice guy to me and the rest of the cast/crew.
Im posting this, not to drop names, but b/c since I started working on films with him, ive heard some rumblings that he was not nice. They are not true. He is professional, yes, and concerned with the image he puts out in his films--but always a gentleman. He even put one of his big co-stars in cheque on a fight day, when he didnt like the choreography. Thanks for being cool, Dolph! You rawk like Iggy Pop.....

INTERVIEW WITH STUNT COORDINATOR JIMMY LUI
EOIN: What’s the toughest fight scene you’ve had to work on so far?
JIMMY: I choreographed a fight for the movie Blood of Redemption that featured three agile knife fighters against Dolph Lundgren and Vinnie Jones. The idea for the fight was to have the three knife fighters attack strategically and in sync with each other against Dolph and Vinnie; but to also have Dolph and Vinnie work as a team against the knife fighters. It was a tough fight to choreograph because of all the moving parts and to make the fighting look natural and the strategy understandable. I hope the final product is clear and representative of all the hard work that Dolph, Vinnie and the stunt guys put into it.
