Could anyone tell me the name of the movie,please?

It's a western action movie,maybe an Hollywood movie,I don't know,because I've never saw it.But a lot of Chinese people are asking its name on web,and it sounds interesting.
It about a special team trace a assassin who have killed a lot of scientists and politicians.The climax of the movie is the leading role fights the assassin on a plane.The assassin got a snake tattoo on his hand(one or both,I don't know),and his rifle and machine gun can be camouflaged as cases.
Many Chinese had saw it on TV about 20 years ago. But no one can find its English name now.Its Chinese name means:Antiterrorist Team,but it might not be translated literally.
