Apparently Dolph has a big spread about fitness (for his book?) in the new Muscle & Fitness issue.

You're just 30 days away from perfecting your body, Dolph Lundgren gives us one of his workouts, get ready for Olympia 2014, five protein-packed power meals, and much, much more.

It's actually excerpts from the book.

I have that one. It's a good article. They were very hard to find around that time.

Hmm, I guess I thought everyone had trouble finding it! I grew up in a small town of 10,000 and we were the biggest town for quite a distance. Starlog was something one store would have occasionally. I suspect they ordered limited copies, but sometimes they would not re-order things that didn't sell. It was literally a "mom and pop" shop. We had a Wal-Mart in town, but they had a terrible selection. I found the Masters sticker albums by chance in one of the grocery stores. It was all by chance looking every week and hoping whatever I could find wasn't already sold out. Between eBay and living in a city now, I don't have that problem anymore! :)
