Doesn't know yet if it's past footage or a brand new cameo.
They used this 1990 Swedish interview with a fake translation/subtitles:

Andy Samberg & Murray Miller Return To HBO With Sports Doping Mockumentary
http://deadline.com/2016/07/andy-samber ... 201787292/
Andy Samberg and Murray Miller are following up on the success of their 7 Days in Hell, teaming up again with HBO to develop their second sports mockumentary, Tour de Pharmacy, with Samberg set to star.
Written by Miller, Tour de Pharmacy will take a look into the rampant doping in the world of professional cycling. Samberg and Miller will produce via their Legends of Sport banner. Both executive produce alongside David Bernad. M Elizabeth Hughes will also produce. Jake Szymanski will direct and co-executive produce.
The project is currently being cast, but so far Samberg is attached to star as one of the competing cyclists, along with Daveed Diggs, Julia Ormond, Phylicia Rashad, Will Forte, Dolph Lundgren, John Cena, Mike Tyson and Nathan Fielder.
This project marks the second collaboration with HBO for Samberg and Murray and their Legends of Sport production shingle.
Sounds cool if they got it right...
(thanks to Dude Hallenbeck for pointing it out)
