Since it's from the director's personal website and doesn't mention any name (I'm sure the studios will sell it on Dolph whereas he's justifiably barely seen here), it's probably not an official trailer. And yes, it does look better than expected for what it is, the official trailers will likely be more cheesy...

That looks surprisingly good. Nice visuals, decent standard of cast. I assumed this would probably be Shark Lake standard but it looks a hell of a lot better than that. Are we sure John Hyams didn't direct this??? ;)

Yeah, I think UFC will have a word or two to say about that poster, since it pretty blatantly tries to mimick their logo, and the woman at the front even somewhat resembles their biggest star Ronda Rousey.

Dolph just seems completely out of place in this one...

She (Amy Johnston) is starring in a bigger martial movie, LADY BLOODFIGHT, that made some early buzz and was produced long before but still hasn't come out...

It's so small I don't think the UFC would care or even hear about this film. The confusion would make more publicity for them in a way.

Chances are this won't be the official release artwork anyway (and the NEVER BACK DOWN 3 poster kind of does the same UFC fight mock up).

Somehow he only seems to be pulling some strings from jail (in a far fetched plot twist?), having a fight and will barely be seen (as for once the teaser trailer rightfully suggests)

I kinda like the look of the trailer. Looks like the subject matter is taken seriously and a bit more dramatically for once, at least more so than Riot. I enjoyed Riot actually but I thought Matthew Reese was incredibly bland as the lead, this looks quite promising judging from that footage though.

I don't know what's it's worth but co-writer Anatastazja Davis' resume mentions a possible sequel...
Future projects include a sequel to FFC

Also screened at the Cannes market.

I think Dolph's pic here could be from a UNIVERSAL SOLDIER: DAY OF RECKONING behind the scenes still (definitely not from FFC).

Indeed the teaser (1 min) and promo reel (3 mins) shown to distributors at film markets have nothing to do with the serious and artsy tone of the director's trailer.

So my guess is the movie will be in between, but it looks like it was intended to be kind of gritty though.

Dolph's appearance might be his shortest cameo of late yet.

Seems to have gone back to a little more editing and post-production work after the Cannes Market screening.

The teaser poster below only surfaces publicly now but is actually prior to the one above, as it was shown at AFM last year:
