I would highly doubt that :| (but I'm not sure at all ... I figured he would rather earn a little less than a millions for a part of this lenght, and something around the 300k for a part in a smaller movie).

I'd love to see him in a John Wick film as a villain too. Reunite with Keanu. If Wick 3 is successful, there will be an eye on more sequels. They've cast action guys like Daniel Bernhardt and Mark Dacascos, so the Dolphanaissance may just catch the directors attention too.

i heard after the third part john wick would be over. but who knows.

It's obviously a fake. D actually had to take a big pay cut to be in the film (told me himself last year)...

I'd say it's a given. Warner Bros first billion since 2012 I think? Wan's second billion and hopefully Dolph's first of many.

And honestly that's not remotely our business.

The main thing to know for me is if that the two successes aquaman and Creed will give him better visibility for biggest projects, instead of living of the DTV

The director Chad Stahelski and Keanu have recently said they're definitely up for more adventures. So fingers crossed Wick 3 makes bank, and that keeps the franchise open. Evidentally as actors are discovering, it's the franchises which sell and not so much their name. No one watches Keanu at the moment unless he's in Wick. For a director like Stahelski who's kind of struggling to get some other projects running (like the long running Highlander reboot), it's also a lucrative option to carry on.
But of course, they need to be greelit first and then cast D! hahahaha

The good thing about being an actor in an open universe is he could always cameo in other films as well.

EDIT:
New Year's Box Office: 'Aquaman' Sails Past $200M in North America
https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/ ... ca-1172115
Warner Bros.' Aquaman rang in 2019 with a shimmery New Year's Day gross of $16.8 million, propelling the superhero pic past the $200 million mark domestically.

The tentpole, directed by James Wan and starring Jason Momoa in the titular role, finished Tuesday with a North American total of $216.3 and $606.6 million overseas for $822.9 million globally. Aquaman has now passed up Wonder Woman ($821.8 million), and will soon overtake Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ($873.6 million) to become the highest-grossing DC pic since The Dark Knight Rises in 2012, not adjusted for inflation.

Aquaman was the big victor of the 2018 year-end holiday, pacing almost $100 million ahead of Disney's Mary Poppins Returns in North America.

In France, AQUAMAN did much better on second week with the holidays break and so far sold close to 2 million tickets admissions so far...

That's cute, but can he and others use more sophisticated vocabulary rather dumbing down, talking to adult and teen audiences like they would to little kids in TV shows of the 80s?

(or is it a US cultural thing? I'm longing for older generations of journalists, cinephiles and film historians almost no longer hear, those that lift me up in my film knowledge, critical perspective and thought process instead of bringing it down and everybody with it...)
