If I am not mistaken the conversation is as follows (i took Lip Reading 101 in high school):

Van Damme: "Mr. Lundgren, in your next movie, can I be the comedy sidekick again, like I was in Universal Soldier?"

Dolph: "No, I can´t keep carrying your belgian ass through any more films. Move on with your life!"

Van Damme "I KILL YOU, CONNARD! I am a black belt ballet dancer!"

Dolph: "Yeah? Well, I´m Dolph fckng Lundgren!"

Van Damme: "That´s true... I apologize!"

I admit: I DID make that up! It was a joke (otherwise known as a "lie").
I have no idea what they´re saying...

Publicity stunt or not, Dolph was asked, in a television inteview, if he would have taken Van Damme in a fight and Dolph said; "Of course, I´m a Viking".

I have mentioned that interview before on the forum but it was so god damn awesome I had to say it again.

Well, he said it in swedish: "Ja, det är klart, man är väl viking!".
So that might decrease it´s "oneliner awesomeness" in one way but it adds a new dimension of awesomeness in another way (don´t ask why, it just does).

It was a swedish show from the mid-nineties, and I haven´t found it online.

But in it he sort of, reluctantly, kind of admitted that it was a publicity stunt.
