Residents of Corsicana and Waxahachie, relax. You're not being invaded by Swedish supermen. It's just Dolph Lundgren, the Rocky IV antihero, shooting more scenes for his latest movie.
Back in the spring, the action star was sighted regularly in these parts shooting Missionary Man. He co-wrote, directs and stars in the film. With the August heat, he's no doubt wishing he'd finished then, but he's back.
He plays a mysterious stranger who arrives on an American Indian reservation for the funeral of a friend and stays to help the family fight off a drug gang.
It's not exactly Billy Jack ... more like Billy Dolph.
He's a really cool guy. He works hard but isn't afraid to joke around and have some fun. He loves to eat! Especially breakfast. Kind to his fans and always willing to sign an autograph. He is as tall as you would think he is. But, he doesn't like to be embarrassed from what I've seen. He has an image and he wants to keep it that way. He threw a HUGE wrap party for everyone on the crew and actors at The Mansion in Dallas. He spent a lot of money to show his crew that he was grateful for all the hard work we had done to make this movie. I can't really say a whole lot because I didn't get to talk to him much because I worked off of the set most of the time. I don't think he tries to be but he can be pretty intimidating.

Yeah, this was done during lunch break. Right after that we went back to work.
You work about 16 hours a day 6 days a week. It all depends on what you are doing. It was my intern job so I didn't get paid. But, I never had to pay for anything so that's nice.
