11 screens? Wow. That would be a reasonable figure for, say, Liechtenstein. But Italy? Pfffft...

Don't think so, this is the translation of the theatrical Spanish title, US title should be 'The Final Inquiry".

It was only released in Spain, Italy and is now out on DVD in Brazil but that's about it so far...

GREAT NEWS
E-M-S (http://www.e-m-s.de/home.php), the company behind JCVD'S UNTIL DEATH special edition, will release THE INQUIRY on DVD in Germany in December and with some extras!
Thanks to 'vanberch' from the Van Damme forum for the heads up!

DAS ENDE DER GÖTTER (The Inquiry)

DVD-Ausstattung:

Bildformat: Widescreen 1.85:1 anamorph
Tonformat: Deutsch DD 5.1 & Englisch DD 5.1
Extras: Original Trailer, Deutscher Trailer, Making Of, Bildergalerie

Regie: Giulio Base

Cast: Dolph Lundgren, Ornella Muti, Max von Sydow, F. Murray Abraham, Daniele Liotti, Mónica Cruz, Hristo Shopov, Christo Jivkov

VÖ-Termin: 3. Dezember 2007 (Verleih) / Februar 2008 (Verkauf)

So Making Of, trailer and photo gallery for the extras, and apparently they're gonna market it as a Dolph Lundgren movie!

I wish they would include the extended 3 hours TV version but I guess we can't have it all can we?!

You are right my friend, I know this is Off Topic but you should have seen what they done with Van Damme's UNTIL DEATH - 2 Disc Steelbook Edition and it was only DTV.

So here's a interesting article about the Fox Faith distribution label

http://www.christianitytoday.com/movies/news/foxfaithworking.html

The Final Inquiry, a made-for-TV movie in Italy (original title: L'Inchiesta), was one of those long listed as "coming soon" on the Fox Faith website, but Bixler says it will have a "small theatrical" release in January 2008, followed by video at Easter.

So apparently The Inquiry will finally have its US theatrical release, but expect it to be a "hit and run"...
