Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake

Had no idea that in this Konami video game from 1990, the character is not only inspired by Dolph Lundgren, it is ripped off "Red Scorpion"! And for 1990 they really had the look/the eyes right...

So who do we think the other guy is meant to be?? Kinda looks like Michael Madson!! but is it just meant to be Stallone?

On the NES in the 80s, Snake was based on Michael Beihn in his Terminator style;

Nice to see they also have some daft mock up and revamp of ED209 in there also!! God I miss ED209. "YOU HAVE 20 SECONDS TO COMPLY.." :lol:

Last I checked, Hideo Kojima (creator of Metal Gear) stated that the character of Snake was primarily inspired by Kurt Russell's character in Escape From New York. I've heard Biehn's name mentioned too, but Kurt is meant to be the main influence.
