Adam Norden will compose the score and is just about to start.

Editing had actually progressed rather quickly, so "picture lock" is expected soon. And there's visual effects and sound design and mix that's gonna have to be fit in the next two and a half month.

"Picture lock" meaning editing of the film is locked completely and no clips can be reshuffled etc, after that the score is layered in, so it's all been assembled? That was very quick indeed. Does that mean a mid-late 2009 release would work for this or as someone suggested on the Van Damme forum, wait until after The Expendables which would mean another three or four months perhaps.

Basically.

But Dolph still has to fight regarding different aspects. There are many variables that are not set yet regarding distribution and different options are being discussed so even Dolph can't say anything about it.

Do you think that if The Expendables becomes a hit theatrically, Dolph releasing CP afew months later will give a chance at going to the theaters?

I think that the fact Dolph can't say anything to Jox or that Jox can't say anything publically on the forum means that there may be something special in the works for CP...I hope so, the cinema needs a movie like this. It's not as if there isn't some sort of market nowadays.

No, as of now there's nothing more in the work than trying to complete the picture in the best conditions and to get some people interested but there's just a lot of unknown variables right now. As I already said Dolph will push the film to the limit but so much is out of his hand you know...

I heard the film has a real theatrical feel visually though compared to Dolph's previous films. I think it has to do both with the subject matter and the way it was shot which is notably enhanced by the 2.35 scope aspect ratio.

Just by looking at little snippets of footage, I think it also looks like a theatrical movie.

New updates.

Trying to fix something with the next set report videos and expecting an upgraded promo that should be unleashed next week I hope.

Do you have any comments, critics or feedback about the site (interviews, updates order, regularity)?

I really enjoyed the interviews so far, especially the one with D2.

I think the regularity of updates is okay. Nearly every week something new. I'm not complaning! :)

You've been doing a fantastic job Jox, seriously! Everything is awesome so far!

Personally, my favourites are still the videos...

Does the build up makes sense?

I've been trying to add content either by timeline (writing process for instance ) or order of importance...

Yes I think that's a good idea and please stop worrying about how your site appears to us and others - it's brilliant. I can't wait for the new updated promo!! Will check out today's updates now!! :D

It's to get better and improve on the next one!

It's new, for both me and Dolph, so it's important to get constructive feedback.
