Well, he KINDA knows his stuff, except he writes:
"I can’t resist pointing out that Swdish characters in Hollywood movies often have very strange names. Gunar?! That’s not a name..."

Gunnar IS a name. A popular (and old) Swedish first name. What Swedish person doesn't know the name "Gunnar"?

Gunnar also happens to sound like "gunner" in English so I guess that's why both times DL has played a Swede he's been called that.
