Hopefully this is just a rough cut of the poster. While I didn't mind it too much with ASSASSINATION GAMES, they need to come up with something else besides the "two stars intercut by the title" motif... Looks cheap after awhile...

It's the same kind of shot with the gun pointed at the camera but I can tell it's a still from THE PACKAGE

No too early (just wrapped filming in March). I assume it's gonna come out before the end of 2012 or first quarter 2013... But in the meantime we still got SMALL APARTMENTS (no date yet, might go to other festivals first), STASH HOUSE, UNISOL 4 and ONE IN THE CHAMBER to look forward to (not mentioning EX2 obviously)!

The picture was just locked, meaning the picture editing is done and shouldn't move and the composer can now start and polish the score according to that cut, final work on effects will be completed as well as sound -design and mixes.

I think it's good that Dolph is currently subscribed to the bad guy . The reasons for this (money) I do not care. I did not expect that Dolph returns to the big screen in The Expendables. Why should he? He has much more influence on the films he makes and earns good money. However, I would wish to see Dolph in cinema productions. The presence of the big screen, he still has.

Will Anchor Bay be handling the release of this one as well? They've released two of Steve Austin's previous efforts...

Title font looks a tad cheap, which is one of my major gripes with DTV movies. Maybe I'm nitpicking but I think the titles really set the tone for a movie and whether or not you can distinguish it from the rest of the DTV land scrap-heap.

That said, I'm looking forward to seeing Dolph fight Austin in this movie. I know it'll probably be a minute long fight scene as the filming period was very short; that's the common problem with DTV fight scenes. But still, I do enjoy when action heroes face off on-screen. Especially those little shots where the camera pauses at them just glaring at each other in some sort of hold. His fight with Cuba should be fun too.

Has Dolph fought the most action stars?...

Stallone
Van Damme
Austin
Cuba
Jet Li
Brandon Lee
Adkins

Have I missed any out?
