Her body double was porn star Crystal Breeze. By the way Alfonso trained under Chuck Norris for the film.

According to this link Vision International was founded by Peters/Guber.

Moshe Diamant is also mentioned. Surely ONE of these people knows how to unfuck this Rights cluster.

And Mark Damon who was the main man behind the company, Peter & Gubers left quickly and it remained more of Damon's company associated with Moshe Diamant. That's were it's entangled because they financed the film under various entity they suspiciously created for it (Diamant is known for being some kind of crook). They don't "know" how to (and don't give a fuck I bet), only lawyers can... Some company somewhere will probably take the risk to re-release it anyway (I was contacted back in the fall for a new German edition (DVD no Blu).

20 years ago today was the first day of principal photography by the way. 8)

Hey, there's a reason to celebrate! I'll wear a red shirt today!

DVD is dead. It's now the phase where they throw out masses of cheap DVDs and prices for Bluray are dropping, too. I won't buy anymore DVDs and try to sell my old disks now before they equal the value of VHS tapes.

Exactly! And you don't have to buy a Blu-ray player yet because this release comes with a DVD disc with the same features on it!

I'm relatively sure that Bluray will be the last physical media. After that it's only streaming and downloads. Guess in the long run it'll be only video on demand, no more downloads. Entertainment in the cloud.
