-I also thought I’d mention quickly that you’ve got a film coming out called [b]Battle Of The Damned

Yeah, that’s a little movie I did, the director Chris Hatton wrote the script and it’s kind of like a zombie movie - it’s zombies and robots - and its model is Escape From New York as he was a big fan of that picture and Carpenter. It’s an interesting movie, a lot of action and very violent too, a bit like Universal Soldier 4. We’ll see how it does as it’s a small, under-the-radar type of movie, but I like it, it could be interesting so see what you think when you see it.

Actually, one of our writers wrote a piece just about the fact that your character’s called Max Gatling!

Yeah, I know, I know – very subtle huh? [a great big laugh] Major Gatling at your service! [laughs]

We're making a big event in our town for a Zombie walk in october, and it would be great to have something done with the movie. (we have a Zombie Walk in the afternoon, and a big concert on the evening).

I watched the movie yesterday. Lundgren, combat robots and zombies. What action fan wants more? Produces very low, but every cent was good used. Good location, solid makeup and above all, a cool Actionhero.Dolph has nice fights but is often doubled for the run. Although the strip has to cope with several lengths, but many shootings, nice ass kicking by Dolph and trashy, not too serious tone give an entertaining B-movie.
It was fun.

December! Ahh man. Although I guess I shouldn't complain since we get Rush and BOD within a week of each other in September. Nice cover, and momentum usually do a good job.

Rated 15 by the BBFC for "strong violence and strong language", amazing Dolph's movies rarely get what would have been a mandatory 18 certificate in the UK back then.

The movie is in the top shelves in Cambodia's dvd retailer (i mean ... piracy dvds and vcds). It's close to "Man of Steel" and "GI Joe retaliation", Dolph must be quite great there too. i didn't dare to buy one though.
