Well yes this article is amazing because it has a lot of stuff which belongs to fitness can help people a lot in staying physically and mentally fit.
These type of things are necessary for people are in to bodybuilding i am glad to found stuff related to these things in this forum.

I could help but you need to "earn" it, first by being a more active member on the forum and not just ask a favor on your first post.

I spent big money (overpriced vintage mag + shipping & handling = not cheap) for years to buy dozens if not a good couple hundreds of these magazines...
