Review from FilmCombat Syndicate. MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS (I overread it, not in details in case there's plot spoilers).

Here's another one:
http://theactionelite.com/movie-review/ ... 15-review/

Since these have been precisely targeted on niche websites, I hope it's not a deal of "we send you a screener only if you commit to write a positive review" (I know it's been done in France for certain press screenings)...

I hope they are not positive reviews because they got screener .
With tony jaa in it it though it should be good as doubt he would sign up for a badly made flick. It is still the action film I am most excited about as I have been impressed with tony jaas films and this looks better directed then any I have seen of his previous films so pretty sure it will be good.

They're all fans anyway so there wasn't much risk (especially the Action Elite, I don't think I've read one bad review or comment there, as log as there's action) so it wasn't hard.

Unlike general newspapers like this one that has a review for the UAE release in theatres tomorrow:

They're more than welcome to send me a screener! I'm sure I'll give it a good review. ha ha.

Have the announced the UK distributor yet?

Sounds pretty snobbish. It's an action movie, but maybe they would have preferred Meryl Streep in the lead.

It's not been "announced" but I think there's one, I don't know who that is though, it might be Paramount or Entertainment One who I think both grabbed several territories.

this review is dissapointing. However it sounds promising that after 3 minutes it seems to say there is lots of action. I am hoping it just means not the type of film interested in as most of others films are like oscar worthy stuff i find boring. It seems harsh but until we get to see it we are not going to know.

Small clip (No spoiler I think) on this tweet.
Funny how much french actors work in Thailand (this bald guy in this clip, David Ismalone ...).

Ismalone is based in Thailand, much like a lot of other expats like Conan Stevens, and he's close to Tony Jaa. If you're a westerner expat in countries like Thailand or Bulgaria, you have a much better chance to be in movies with Dolph, Van Damme and the likes!
