I believe the film was sitting around unreleased titled The Human Factor for a long time.

Just saw SKIN TRADE, Jox. I liked it quite a bit.
I'll rate this as almost reaching UNIVERSAL SOLDIER: REGENERATION levels. Production Values didn't look DTV cheap (at least on the big screen). The action was cleanly shot and easy to follow.
Two fights in particular are the highlights
1) Dolph vs Tony Jaa
2) Jaa vs Michael Jai White
The latter fight in particular was my favorite. A lot of technique shown by Jai White. Made me worry for Tony Jaa's character (he speaks really good English here).
I'll give this a 7.5 or 8/10.
