I bought the magazine today.
It is clear that Dolph and Van Damme respect each other and both of them seem like nice people. Van Damme seems to dislike Seagal despite him saying he has respect for him and Seagal thinks he's so great he even disses Chuck Norris while Lundgren talks about uniting the 80's action heroes but doesn't mention Seagal - anyway who wants a fat action hero?

He certainly doesn't look old, he just doesn't look in his twenties which is fair sence he's approaching his fifties.

Lundgren: The Outtakes

There was too much goodness to fit in the magazine, so here are the rest of the best bits...

Great great great stuff!
seldom interviews are that informative and fun at the same time.
Lots of things caught my interest there but one thing in particular...
Dolph gets the question how many films he has directed:
"Let me see… I’ve directed one… two… three. And I’m about to do another one next year."
1: The Defender, 2: The Mechanik 3: ?

Am I missing something or does this imply that Dolph took over diercting on Diamond Dogs?

I was also wondering the same, and he has already been been elusive once about it. And yet there's pictures with director Shimon Dotan on the set of DD, and writer Leo St Pierre always told me Dotan was sole director on the picture so I don't know, unless something happened through the shoot that left Dolph directing...?

Hm, so I've watched that video now. But it still seems to have some technical issues. Is it correct that it only shows Dolph kicking and punching that sack for about 10 seconds, no comment and that's it? Seems weird.

I recorded it in my VCR but I can't have the first part (there are 3) because I didn't see that the VCR is not connected to the satelite receiver

EXCELLENT!

(weird, he clearly says that he directed "Diamond Dogs" so he must have taken over the helm...)
