ONE LAST SHOT (James Nunn, 2025-2026) (in post-production)

Dolph is in London shooting a pic with Scott Adkins. Given the time frame, I guess it's the last "One Shot" by James Nunn. Kane Kosugi also stars.
Two first One Shot were descente flicks with cool action.

That sounds good. I'm so jealous of Adkins's PRISONER OF WAR...

Cool that it's official. I liked the first one because of this secondary character (the "prisoner" stole the show for me). I like that Adkins and Nunn give time to the other actors to take some spotlight. The fact that it's a "one continuous" (althought it's not, because it's like a dozen long shot "seamlessly" blended together) doesn't necessarily sells the whole thing to me.
Solid action, solid characters. It won't revolutionize anyhting, but like The Rats, at least it's better than any vanity project where Dolph appears 6mn on the screen.
But I like that Adkins kinda want to collaborate with Dolph again.

Now I need to watch the previous entries...

Even when it's one long shot in a feature, it annoys me when people rate a film or a director based on that...

First two films are good. Prefer the second one but both are solid efforts. Much better to have Lundgren supporting Scott Adkins than supporting Scott Martin.

Logline from Imdb
Navy Seal Jake Harris must stop a team of mercenaries, led by his disillusioned former comrade, from disabling the US missile defense network.

I guess Dolph could be the "disillusioned former comrade".

Scott Adkins

That’s a wrap on the One Shot franchise!!! Thank you to the cast and crew for all your hard work. 3 movies all shot in one continuous take (well kind of). You can’t make an action film in one take from beginning to end - not with gun fights, knife fights, explosions & car chases. Maybe someday I will be proved wrong but I believe our humble One Shot movies are a shining example of technical filmmaking on a budget at its best!! I am insanely proud of what @mrjamesnunn (director), Ben Jaques (producer) and myself have achieved with this franchise and I truly believe these movies are not respected enough by the mainstream. Anyone with any knowledge of filmmaking can appreciate what it takes to accomplish and it ain’t easy. These movies are the hardest films you can possibly make as the audience only sees the best ONER that worked but that might be one of twenty takes. One Last Shot has left me with a torn pectoral muscle, torn hamstring, cracked rib, damaged knee and shoulder but I wouldn’t change a thing. You will love One Last Shot but in the meantime you can re watch One Shot & One More Shot! SA.

Surely they started filming before the announcement on November 11, right. I'm guessing 3/4 days in London and the remaining somewhere else?

This is fantastic news, I've yet to see the first two films but I have seen Nunn's Green Street 3 and that's a very well made action film. I've read interviews with the director and the amount of planning he puts into these films is astonishing. Very happy to have Dolph in a movie which will have care and effort put into the production.

Scott Adkins

Big thank you to Tim Man - my go to choreographer and action designer extraordinaire!! We first worked together on Ninja 2 and many projects since. He’s not just a fight choreographer, he has a complete understanding of the camera and editing. He also just happens to be one of the best kickers I’ve ever seen. Tim has excelled on the One Shot movies and the action scene with Kane Kosugi may well be the best of the franchise. Thanks Tim!!

I knew they'd do one last sequel with this exact title haha was too good an opportunity. Great that Dolph has joined, Adkins level of quality is really consistent.
