I guess his agent or manager posted them, most are from public events and can be found editorial photo websites like Wireimage, Corbis, Getty Images etc The only one I had never seen before and is said to come from Dolph's personal archives is the one he is wearing a kimono probably performing a kata (medium shot)...

Where do you see black hair? it's just the light i guess but to tell you the truth I suspect, although I'm not sure, that he's not be totally blond (few people are I guess and some early 80's pics suggest that) so he might have dark roots...

Nice idea would be to dye his hair black for Command Performance though, like a total opposite to Missionary Man, because he said he likes to look different and have different character traits in every movie.
