In my opinion, we should get a set of about 10 official, good quality stills, a teaser trailer featuring footage from the film and then a final long trailer lasting around two minutes before the release. I think that would boost the figures at certain times and I think that would be enough to generate interest. If people find good things on the site, they will come back to check updates. The goodies have to be spread out to build hype and attract people's attention and they have to get better every time, so far Jox has done a great job.

I work on a site that may be able to help (which I won't name on the boards - no spam here!), but it could help both CP and possibly DC with the addition of ad banners, and possibly some kind of 'brought to you by...' addition to the reviews I intend to write. Of course, we would need a release date for the DVDs... :)

Cool, that's good to know!

Obviously I don't have release dates yet though.

I think an area "promo material" on the movie website would help. A collection of text / image / flash banners and other promo stuff, along with the html code needed to integrate the banners into one's own website for "free take-away". I'm sure that people would pick it up.

If there'd be a smaller banner I'd put it onto the home page of my web site, an image or text banner would go into the signature of my accounts on other forums.

Jox, you could place it on the "Gallery" page of the movie website, for example. And link to it from every possible direction. ;-)

Yes good ideas, I had the banners in mind for later, but the code idea is good.

For now you can all use this

And from now on the site can also be accessed through www.rocknload.net!

Unfortunately it won't load completely for me, but the 20 seconds I have seen are looking cool. Think it's my problem though, youtube does the same.

Just saw the footage of CP in the german interview...a tank smashing through glass? Dolph sliding along the floor with a machine gun? Lots of fighting? He has really upped his game for this one it looks totally insane. :D

So before I unleash the whole thing, you can tease yourself with some more clips from the CP promo video (starts at 06:55) that were broadcast on the 'Richard and Judy' show

No, this song and video have actually nothing to do with CP or Dolph (even though he happened to be there at the press conference)...

As far as Piligrim go I'm not sure how they're gonna fit the movie (not in the script) but I guess they'll be featured quickly as another warm up band (as is Irson Kudikova). The concert is supposed to be a charity show so there could very well be several bands performing. I don't know exactly how they connected with Dolph but the lead singer is actually a deputy at the Moscow city council so he might have helped the Moscow shoot in some capacity...

I take it, with all these warm up bands it will be like DL in concert until the action stars. I must say I'm impressed with the effort Dolph has put in and into tracking down the best bands in the country. Nice work.
