Yeah I read that too, the original distributor went bankrupt so now the "big one", SF (Swedish Film), is looking to buy distribution rights, hopefully the release won't be delayed with more than a month or so. Which is still lousy, though, but what can you do ...

He was a great balance between being sympathetic+awesome so you want to root for him but also menacing and crazy so that everytime he appears on screen you don't know what he's going to do or what'll happen next (kind of similar to Ledger's Joker).
