Stallone on Howard Stern's, talks Van Damme and bitting his nails waiting for the EXPENDABLES box office numbers, first losing it to EAT, PRAY, LOVE, Arnold doing free promo, Dolph almost killing him and getting into a bif with Carl Weathers etc

I am sure someone here knows about this. I haven't seen a thread about this so hope I did not miss something.
I have Charter Cable and was looking through the list of On Demand movies tonight and came accross three versions of The Expendables.
The Expendabels - 103 minutes - $4.99
The Expendables HD 103 minutes - $5.99
The Expendables Extended Cut (Not HD) - 113 minutes - $ 4.9
As promised here are my viewing notes of The Expendables Extended Cut. Charter added an HD version when I checked in to order it last night.
There are differences between the theatrical and the extended cut starting at the beggining and through to the end.
I will assume everyone has seen the film so READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.
They did not change the order of events in the film.
Opening Sequence:
No large metallic letters introduicing the film and actors.
While riding the choppers there is a deep voice over by Sly (Barney Ross) something about "smoke in your eyes" maybe it was something from early trailers I don't recall now.
The opening credits are now when they are flying in the plane near the beggining and the letters are smaller and white. This still comes after the choppers and pirate scene.
Music is different duing this sequence.
They show more of the Mercs and some background on the plane.
Dailogue changes and modifications:
More duing the pirate scene.
More between Christmas and his girlfriend at the apartment
She has more lines.
More at Tool's when they are discusssing the mission. Randy (Milt) has an expanded monologue.
More between Barney and Lee while reconning the Island. At customs and when meeting the contact.
More and different when Barney shoots Gunner.
More and different dialogue for Stone Cold and Scott Adkins when they interogate Barney in the Tunnel. Adkins gets more to say and do.
More F words throughout the film.
Scene Changes:
Lee and Barney both enter garage in truck before Gunner threatens Barney.
Water Boarding has been extended.
Knife play when Barney saves the girl when she is tied up is changed.
When Stone Cold interogates Barney in the tunnel.
Music:
During the first plane scene when meeting the Mercs.
Rock music during palace tunnel break out scene. Boom la, Boom la, Boom.
Ending and credits. Boom la is played.
Otherwise music and score remain the same as far as I could tell.
Other:
I know people will want to know if the second fight between Jet Lee and Dolph is changed. I could/did not notice any. Maybe a slow down of a kick but I can't be certain. Nothing that stood out to say that there was a major difference.
The Sly, Arnold, Bruce scene is the same.
These are my observations from one veiwing. If there are any questions I will try to answer them.
Thanks for tuning in.
Cheers
much has been changed but on a smaller scale. There is MORE banter between the team which wasn't a huge addition but it did make the dialogue more understanding in the long run. The Dolph VS Jet Li fight is minimally better with a few tweaks here and there. Also the dialogue involved in that sequence is better. The incorporation of "I Love Karma" was used as well as the dialogue between Sly and Dolph after he gets shot is much better and drawn out. The opening voice-over was much to my liking as well. I also noticed a small tweek on Tool's monologue at the end (he doesn't break down, he just stares at Barney). The ending shootout uses the "Diamond Eyes" track which was a little different. That is all I noticed from the few glances I gave it. Once I watch it completely this week, I'll try and give a few more updates.
PS. I may be alone on this one, but I liked Dolph's joke.

Biggest BitTorrent Downloading Case in U.S. History Targets 23,000 Defendants
By David Kravets May 9, 2011 | 5:15 pm | Categories: The Ridiculous, porn
At least 23,000 file sharers soon will likely get notified they are being sued for downloading the Expendables in what has become the single largest illegal-BitTorrent-downloading case in U.S. history.
A federal judge in the case has agreed to allow the U.S. Copyright Group to subpoena internet service providers to find out the identity of everybody who had illegally downloaded (.pdf) the 2010 Sylvester Stallone flick — meaning the number of defendants is likely to dramatically increase as new purloiners are discovered. Once an ISP gets the subpoena, it usually notifies the account holder that his or her subscriber information is being turned over to the Copyright Group, which last year pioneered the practice of suing BitTorrent downloaders in the United States.
Subpoenas are expected to go out this week.
All told, more than 140,000 BitTorrent downloaders are being targeted in dozens of lawsuits across the country, many of them for downloading B-rated movies and porn.
Many lawyers are mimicking the Copyright Group’s legal strategy, which includes offering online settlement payments, in hopes of making quick cash. The litigation can be so lucrative — with settlements around $3,000 per infringement — that two companies are both claiming ownership to a low-budget movie called Nude Nuns with Big Guns, and both firms are suing the same downloaders.
Not all federal judges, are agreeing to allow a massive number of subpoenas in a single case, but many are. The U.S. Copyright Act allows damages of up to $150,000 per infringement, and the cases all demand the maximum.
“It is well beyond time that the courts take control of these automated enterprises being run at great taxpayer expense with the active assistance of the federal court system,” said Lory Lybeck, a Washington state attorney defending about 100 BitTorrent defendants.
The IP addresses of the alleged copyright scofflaws are easily discoverable. Film companies pay snoops to troll BitTorrent sites, dip into active torrents and capture the IP addresses of the peers who are downloading and uploading pieces of the files.
The closest single lawsuit in size to the Expendables case targets 15,551 BitTorrent users for downloading a handful of porn flicks with titles such as Big Dick Glory Holes and Spin on My Cock. A judge has not decided whether to authorize subpoenas in that case.
Thomas Dunlap, who heads the Copyright Group in Washington, D.C., did not return phone messages. He informed the court Wednesday that, so far, he’s obtained 23,322 IP addresses (.pdf) that have allegedly infringed the Expendables, up from 6,500 when he initially filed the District of Columbia federal court case in February.

Online sales continue to grow – 900,000 films were sold via electronic sell-through in Germany in Q1 and online rentals jumped 50 percent to 2.2 million titles – but the boost was not enough to replace the loss in traditional DVD and Blu-Ray disks. The top sell-through title in Q1 was Sylvester Stallone’s actioner The Expendables while fantasy title The Sorcerer’s Apprentice topped the rental charts.
