What does worry me however, is that like EX2, this one appears just as rushed. Production has started awfully quickly. It's as if they're writing the script concurrently with the shooting of the film. Granted, we got a rough synopsis a earlier this week, but we still have no idea who Snipes, Banderas, and Ford are all playing. It seems as if Sly and company (i.e. producers, writers, etc.) also don't know, like the story is all being written as they go along. They got the desired actors to sign on the dotted line, only to figure out a placement for them once shooting starts. I'm all for this and psyched just like I was for the previous two... But I'd also like a good story where the stakes are really against the team, rather than a bunch of throwback lines and nods to the stars' previous films.
With that being said, I'm just guessing, but seeing as how Norris, Schwarzenegger, and Van Damme's roles were really just extended cameos in EX2, I'm guessing Snipes is most likely the same. Could this be a flashback sequence with a former EX member, i.e. Snipes?
